Our overseas project in RAPP from APRIL Group Indonesia needs to upgrade its production line. A specialist team was sent from Malaysia together with an extensive range of wire saw machinery in getting the job done on time.
Before the work start, the operators need to attend site induction to provide them with the layout of the workplace, health and safety documents, hazards and risks to the workplace.
The project was quite challenging with a very tight work schedule as they only require a short period of downtime for us to complete the works. In order to make the work done faster, Diamond Wire Saw was best used to cut 25pcs of huge concrete plinth with an average size of 3m2.
The team managed to complete the works in just a few days in order to follow the tight scheduled programmed.
