Renaissance Hotel Upgrading Works
The Challenge
Renaissance Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in the heart of the city Kuala Lumpur, belongs to Marriott Group. This hotel has rich history and legacy in the city that serve the perfect venue to host social events to large-sized conventions and meetings. This 25-year-old hotel is undergoing upgrading to provide future tenants a more comfortable environment.
Our Approach & Result
Sonicon was appointed to remove walls to create interconnecting doors. Slabs, and beams were also removed in few hotel levels to utilize the space within the hotel.
It is an effective method of concrete sawing for a precise and even cut with minimal dust and vibration. All cut blocks are professionally calculated and cut at an average of less than 1 ton and were safely removed using the available lift.
