Project Engineer
You’ll be on the ground, helping plan, manage, and deliver rectification and structural projects with speed, precision, and accountability. From day one, you’ll be exposed to projects, clients, and real site conditions with the technical team and operations team relying on your coordination to keep things moving.
- Assist in planning and executing projects
- Coordinate between site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timeline and safety compliance
- Manage daily site reporting and progress updates
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure execution matches design intent
- Monitor material usage, equipment logistics, and manpower allocation
- Support quality control and resolve technical/site issues with guidance from managers
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability under pressure
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical specs
- Comfortable working on-site, managing multiple moving parts
- Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with internal and external parties
- Proactive, with attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh grads encouraged to apply; 1–3 years of site experience is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and equivalent tools
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to site locations as needed

- Shape direction with the managing director and guide business development execution
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through relationships and follow-ups
- Lead, train, and develop business development executives to become proactive dealmakers
- Strong sales instincts with technical credibility in construction/engineering
- Confident in tendering, pricing, and client negotiations
- Able to manage both strategic relationships and short-cycle deals
- Strong leadership to guide a lean business development team
