Hydro Demolition
Hydro Demolition is an ultra-high-pressure (UHP) water jetting method that selectively removes deteriorated or unwanted concrete while leaving steel reinforcement intact. We use water jets at 1,000 to 2,800 bar to blast away concrete; that’s up to 30× the pressure of a standard car wash. Unlike traditional methods, Hydro Demolition produces no vibration, preserves rebar integrity, and leaves a rough, bond-ready profile ideal for concrete repairs, overlay works, and structural preservations.
Our advanced machine can remove up to 300 mm of concrete in a single pass, cutting preparation and reinstatement works by 50–60%. This not only accelerates project completion but can also save clients hundreds of thousands in cost, as proven across multiple large-scale rehabilitation works.
