01 | Insufficient Concrete Cover 

When the concrete cover over reinforcement is too thin, it exposes steel to corrosion, leading to cracking, carbonation, and eventual spalling. Left untreated, this can severely weaken the structure. We restore cover, repair damage, and apply protective treatments to extend the service life of the structure.

02 | Crack & Honeycomb Repair

Cracks and honeycombing create pathways for moisture, chemicals, and other harmful agents to penetrate the concrete, accelerating deterioration. We repair these defects to restore strength, prevent further ingress, and protect the reinforcement from future damage.
