The Challenge

At a major airport project, our client required precise floor saw cutting through heavily reinforced concrete pavements (PQC). These slabs ranged between 400mm and 450mm in thickness and spanned across almost 2km distance of cutting. The work had to be delivered with minimal disruption and maximum productivity to ensure the safety of the structural integrity and completing within the tight schedule.

Our Approach & Result

With our heavy-duty floor saws, we carried out clean and vibration-free cuts across multiple locations. We successfully cut 200 meters of 400mm-thick PQC in just one day, ensuring our part is completed within the given timeline. Working in staggered phases to accommodate other operations, our team completed almost 2km of floor cutting efficiently.

At one of Malaysia’s busiest airport infrastructure projects, our team was brought in to execute almost 2km of floor saw cutting ranging from 400mm to 450mm depth Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) with zero room for delay.

The work was planned in multiple phases to match the client’s timeline and operational windows. Despite these constraints, our crew was able to maintain consistently high productivity throughout the entire job. In one of the project’s most demanding days, we delivered 200 meters of clean, full-depth cuts through 400mm-thick reinforced concrete within just a single shift.

These results were made possible by a combination of robust floor saw equipment, precision planning, and operator expertise. The performance and consistency of our machines ensured each pass was stable and uninterrupted, while our experienced team maintained straight, accurate cuts even under heavy workloads.

We believe high-output work should look like: clean execution, fast turnaround, and zero compromises on quality or safety.
